A Etobicoke renovation company, built one house at a time
We started in 2008 with a single Long Branch kitchen and a rule we still follow: quote what the job actually takes, then do exactly that.
Our story
Eighteen years inside Etobicoke
Etobicoke is a difficult place to build. Lots are sixteen feet wide, walls are shared, foundations are rubble, and the nearest parking spot is two blocks away. Most contractors avoid it. We specialized in it.
Over 18 years we've completed more than 600 projects between Bathurst and the Don Valley — underpinned basements in The Kingsway, second-storey additions in Alderwood, gut renovations of Victorian semis in New Toronto and dozens of condo kitchens in Humber Bay Shores and Princess Gardens.
That focus is why our schedules hold. We know which permits take four months, which buildings restrict elevator hours, and which century-house surprises to price for before demolition rather than after.

Mission & philosophy
Renovations without the anxiety
Homeowners don't fear construction — they fear not knowing. Not knowing what a change costs, when the trades are coming, or whether the shower was waterproofed correctly behind the tile. Our entire process is designed to remove that uncertainty: photograph the hidden work, document every change, and communicate weekly in writing.
- Quote honestly. If your budget doesn't match the scope, we say so at the first meeting instead of at drywall.
- Respect the house. Original brick, plaster and trim get restored where they're worth saving.
- Respect the street. Contained dust, daily cleanup, neighbour notice before noisy work.
